CALL FOR ABSTRACT SUBMISSION
The Scientific Committee of the MENA Congress for Neurogenetic Disorders is delighted to invite delegates to submit their abstracts for poster presentations during the conference. Submissions from physicians, researchers, residents, and students are highly welcome.
Submitted abstracts will be scored by the Congress Scientific Committee. The top three abstracts will be assigned for oral presentations and be awarded `The Best Abstract` prize. The remaining accepted abstracts will be presented as posters.
Abstract submission deadline has been extended to 15 October 2024. Delegates will be notified whether their abstracts have been selected for oral or poster presentation by 30 October 2024.
Submission Guidelines

Topics invited must be relevant to the field of neurogenetic disorders in one, or more, of these areas: neuromuscular diseases, neurodegenerative diseases, neurometabolic diseases, genetic white and grey matter diseases, neurocutaneous diseases, genetic epilepsies, neurodevelopmental disorders, and movement disorders.

Abstracts must contain new and original information not published elsewhere.

There is a 300-word limit. The abstract should be structured in the following headings: Introduction/Background, Methods, Results, and Conclusions. Please do not include tables, figures, or references.

Names of all co-authors must be stated. By completing the abstract submission, submitters give full consent on behalf of all co-authors to provide their data.

To present, you must be registered for attendance at the conference and must be one of the submitting authors.

Pharmaceutical companies are permitted to submit abstracts that contain their own data, but the presenting author must be a doctor or allied health professional currently practicing clinically in neurology or other related discipline and must be one of the submitting authors.
